University student registration process

The registration process for new students includes a number of different areas:

  • IT account signup
  • Confirmation of attendance
  • Module selection
  • Fee payments
  • Personal contact details

Before beginning the registration process you must sign up for an IT Account.

There is a nine-step registration process, which is completed prior to payment of tuition fees. The registration process is explained in detail and with accompanying videos on the My Manchester website:

The registration process is completed using your username and password, which you will have received when signing up for an IT account and then logging into the My Manchester website.

After logging into My Manchester, hover the mouse over the ‘My Services’ and click ‘Registration’ from the emerging menu. From here the Student Centre can be opened to begin registration.
