PC warranty management
PCs and printers purchased via IT Services have their details stored and warranty information recorded. This information is used when hardware develops a fault and we require replacements from third party suppliers. Warranty details are also used in decisions to replace hardware.
As well as managing a database of warranty details, IT Services also handles the coordination of the engineers from external companies contracted to assess and/or replace faulty parts and ensure minimal disruption to you.
Not all hardware is purchase via IT Services and therefore we do not have the warranty information for all PCs.
