High volume printing and reprographics

The standard staff and student printing systems are not always the most suitable option for high volume or bespoke printing. We have a number of additional printing-related services available:

• Printing:
  • Thesis
  • Posters (up to A0 size)
  • Leaflets
  • Newsletters
  • Invitations
  • Hand-outs

• Laminating
• High speed photocopying
• Binding (spiral and tape)
• Cutting and stitching

Documents created in the standard Microsoft suite of software applications and PDF documents can be printed. For poster printing, Microsoft PowerPoint is preferred.

Hardcopy original documents and photographs can also be scanned and printed in high quality 600dpi resolution.

For high gloss and photo prints, contact the Media centre on 52545.

The Print Shop in the Humanities Bridgeford Street Building offers fast, high quality printing services at very competitive prices.

Charging details

All printing requests are costed based on individual requirements, although there is a set fee for poster printing:

A0 size - £15

A1 size - £10
