Calendar
Staff and postgraduate research staff have access to the Microsoft Exchange Calendar service.
The Exchange calendar system allows staff to schedule appointments with multiple University colleagues. Staff availability can be checked and pre-appointment reminders set for all attendees.
Students have use the Office 365 email system which has an integrated calendar. Unlike the Exchange calendar it does not provide access to information on other calendars.
Staff calendar access can be accessed via the email account. This is available online via the Outlook Web App and on any computer running Microsoft Outlook.

The Exchange calendar can be accessed via mobile devices but instructions for setup vary. Search the Knowledge Base for specific setup information for a particular device.
