Financial management services

Oracle Financials is the University’s financial management system which is used to manage all accounting and finance related information and transactions. Finance data is governed by legal requirements relating to storage, information security and archiving.

A number of roles and responsibilities are used to govern allocated user rights to various parts of the system. These are explained in the Responsibilities Guide.

Report on information stored in the Oracle Financials system using Discoverer Reporting. Access to Discoverer must be requested separately via the User Access Request system.

Restrictions

Access to Oracle Financials is restricted. Selected responsibilities must be approved for every part of the system the user wishes to access.

Request access Oracle Financials via the User Access Request system.

Access to Discoverer for reporting purposes must be requested separately via the User Access Request system.
