External company IT set up and support
IT Services provide network facilities and IT support services to a small number of external businesses who are based on campus. Services are provided to these companies at a cost or by special arrangement.
Agreements to provide IT to external companies are very uncommon. There are many complexities arranging contracts to deliver IT services to external businesses and it is not in the strategy of IT to increase the number of external customers supported.
Existing and prospective customers should direct all queries contact the IT Support Centre.
