Campaign / event management
IT Service’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems offer campaign/event management modules to assist in the administration of events. The system helps event coordinators in setting up campaigns and associated activities, including facilities to register attendees, creating schedules and assigning resources to event.
The campaign/event management system is accessible via a web browser. Delegates can be provided with the facility to sign up online, which record attendee’s information into the system.
Information held in the system can be pushed across to Discoverer for reporting purposes.
Access to the CRM and the Event Management module is at the discretion of IT Services.
