Estates IT Services

IT Services maintain a number of systems which facilitate the running and administration of the University Estates department. These include software for:

  • Building space management, asbestos and condition recording (Archibus)
  • Property management and financial accounting (QUBE)
  • Energy Bill monitoring (SystemsLink)
  • Building and car park access control
  • Crime recording, for security teams (IRIS)
  • A number of other bespoke and 3rd party applications

The Estates helpdesk system is used by Estates to manage all staff and student fault reports and requests relating to buildings around campus.
