Wired Network
This service offers wired connection to the University network to allow devices and other hardware to communicate with each other to share resources and information. Networks of varying sizes are designed and installed based on requirements and considerations to connectivity, security, resilience and growth.
The vast majority of University hardware is connected through the main University network, which covers both University campuses and various remote locations.

Eligibility
All members of University staff are eligible to use this service.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We aim to respond to service requests within one working day and to resolve your query/request within ten working days. If your request is considered to be a priority when triaged by our IT Support Centre, the response time will be adjusted accordingly.
Availability
This service is available 24/7.

8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
