Print service

This service is responsible for facilitating printing, copying and scanning across the university. This is divided into three sub services:

  • Managed Print Service (Xerox)
  • iPrint
  • Local Print

The recommended method of printing is the Managed Print Service where a Xerox device is available. Further information on student printing can be found on the Student Printing page

  • Send to print quickly
  • Photocopying functionality
  • Scan directly to user email
  • Pay for printing via the ePayments system (Students)

Eligibility

All members of University staff and students are eligible to use this service subject to PC cluster availability.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim to respond to service requests within one working day and to resolve your query/request within ten working days. If your request is considered to be a priority when triaged by our IT Support Centre, the response time will be adjusted accordingly.

Availability

This service is available 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Support hours

8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
