Reporting services
This service provides a centrally-managed reporting and management information capability across the University. Reporting tools allow us to understand key trends and patterns within the University over specific periods of time.

- A central data warehouse specifically for management information
- Access to reporting tools such as Power BI, Discoverer (now out of support), Active dashboards and ArcGIS
Eligibility
All members of staff within the University are eligible to use this service, subject to its standard authorisation process.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We aim to respond to service requests within one working day and to resolve your query/request within ten working days. If your request is considered to be a priority when triaged by our IT Support Centre, the response time will be adjusted accordingly.
Availability
Access to the service is permitted from 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Support hours
8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
