Support over the Easter break
The IT Support Centre, including the Kilburn Building in-person support desk, is closed from 5pm on Thursday 17 April, re-opening at 8am on Tuesday 22 April. If you need help over the Easter weekend, you can call us on 0161 306 5544, or use the Connect portal.
GlobalProtect Update
We have enabled a software update for the GlobalProtect Virtual Private Network (VPN). When the GlobalProtect software informs you that an update is available, follow the instructions to download and install it. You will be temporarily disconnected from the VPN while the update is installed, but will be automatically reconnected once the update has completed. The upgrade process usually takes less than one minute to complete.
