We have enabled a software update for the GlobalProtect Virtual Private Network (VPN). When the GlobalProtect software informs you that an update is available, follow the instructions to download and install it. You will be temporarily disconnected from the VPN while the update is installed, but will be automatically reconnected once the update has completed. The upgrade process usually takes less than one minute to complete.
