Student email

As a student, you have access to an email account through Microsoft 365.

This account will be available to you throughout your time at the University and will close shortly after you graduate.

The download and setup instructions vary depending on your device type, and a standard selection of instructions from Microsoft are available below. Before you begin, we also recommend that you back up all data on your phone (just in case!)

Microsoft 365

You can download the full Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and OneNote as well as other applications which are available for offline and online use.

Passwords

The Microsoft 365 interface includes links for changing your password, please do not use these as any changes will not synchronise with your University account. Only change your password using the IT Account Manager.
