Instant messaging

All users on Microsoft 365 will have access to Teams which will let you chat, meet and call other users.

Teams allows you to connect and work collaboratively in real-time with colleagues who may not be in the same office as you. It is intuitive to use, and anyone who has familiarity with instant messaging services will find it very easy to get started.

Teams can also be used on mobile phones and some tablet devices, so that you can keep in touch with colleagues whilst on the move.
