Outlook is fully supported software for access to your University mailbox.
Microsoft 365
One immediate way to access your Microsoft 365 email account is through https://outlook.com/manchester.ac.uk.
You can also access your email inbox through the Outlook application for desktop, as well as the Outlook application for desktop and mobile.
On a University managed computer
University computers ('managed' computers) will have the Outlook desktop application already configured for use.

On a non-University computer
Outlook can also be configured on a non-University computer (eg your own computer, an NHS computer) by following this guide:
